Parasite growing beneath my skin, I think?

2 Months ago I was in Central America. I also spend several months in the Bahamas before that. After I returned to the US, I noticed a bump forming on the back of my knee. I thought it was an in grown hair. It bled a little all the time. One Dr took a biopsy, nothing to worry about was the result. Gave me antibotics. It grew a little (size of your the tip of thumb) and started hurting with short bursts of a shocking sensatrion Another month later (2 months since first appeared) , still hurting, another Dr did a swab, said there was no bactieria, maybe I should see a surgen and get it cut out. It constanly bled a little. I pushed on the sides of it and it started to pop out so I got the tweezers to pull it out. It pops and some black stuff came out. I pushed on the sides of the bump some more and it stuck out futher so I grabbed the tweezers and pulled it out. attached is a picure. What the ---- is it?

I have no idea what that thing is. It looks a bit like a bug but I'm really not that sure.

Does it move?
