i am doing a project on the immune system and i need help!
if you know anything about how diseses effect the immune system, please help!

I would do HIV. When HIV becomes activated it severly affects the immune system as it attacks the helper T cells which allows the immune response to occur if a foreign antigen enters the body!

what type of helper T-cells, CD8+ or CD4+ ? --> what immune system is absent: the humoral or the cellular.

another hot theme is the autoimmunity and tolerance of the immunesystem ( with the type IV hypersensitivity) or the organ transplants with the graft-versus-host reaction (also type IV hypersensitivity)
