Good software!Does anyone know the good source of software which allows to predict protein structure after inserting the protein sequence in FASTA format?
Thank you!
There are programs that allows u to superimpose one sequence in fasta onto a known structure, there are also a homepage that predict the structure. Though u never get the result as a picture. I dont remember their names cause I have it on my comp at school, I can get the name tomorrow. However I think its to hard for a program to predict the structure but its good foor comparison.
