Its probably just some alien syphilis or mutant worms or something.... nothing serious... okay i really don't know but that's an interesting find there...

Looks like a phallus fungi to me.

In fact i think its the red stinkhorn fungi.

thanx Navin I see that image very clear.

Yes those appear when there is a lot of rain, is humousy soil.
