Definitely 2 DNA molecules, Its not that chromosomes have separate DNA molecules in them. Its that the 2 DNA molecules themselves are divided into fragments that constitute the chromosomes. And its not also not true that each chromosome contains equal lengths of DNA in them. Chromosome 1 is the largest, and Y chromosome is similarly much smaller and rarely codes for anything substantial.


Also , each strand of DNA constitutes on molecule of DNA, hence according to me , there are two molecules of DNA in a cell nucleus.

There's a lot of DNA within the nucleus -- about six feet if you could unravel it and stretch it out end to end. To fit such a long molecule within the tiny space of the nucleus, DNA bends and loops in several ways. The largest of these loops results from the helical coiling of chromatin (the thick line in this illustration). This coiling causes the chromosome to resemble a spring.

This seems to say that DNA molecule is in fact not 46 in number. It is coiled in form of chromatin fibres which condense to form chromosomes.

Just to confuse the heck out of you all, what stage of the cell are you referring to, and make it a germline cell for fun

david23 shows how confused geneticist are by the stages of the cell and their nature. As they can only observe chromosomes when the cells are splitting it becomes even more difficult. I am concerned with the number of chromosomes in an individual which allow us consciousness during our life time on earth. At present genetics does not allow for the dual nature of an individual and the fact that there are two sexes, because 23 pairs of chromosomes cannot account for this. There has to be 24 because 23 is a prime number and human consciousness is divisible by 2, man/woman, male/female. Also there has to be some connection to the earth's Pulse which has 24 as its frequency patterns. So let us look at the evidence. Here we can narrow our focus on the X and the Y chromosomes because the 22 autosomes form identical pairs and these correspond to one for the male active side and one for the female receptive side in full agreement with Bioelectronics.
The evidence against XY or XX as pairs:
1. "The human genome is 24 strings of base pairs representing the X and Y chromosomes and the 22 autosomes" this is a direct quote from Griffith et al 2008 p455. Introduction to Genetic Analysis.
2. As pointed out by pbs.org/wgbh/nova/genome: A chromosome pair has identical banding. This is definitely not so for X and Y. See Sotheran et al, 2005,p.331, Fig. 6. Nature vol 434. 17 March.
3. X and Y have to take care of 4 organs. Ovaries and Vaginae and Testes and Penises. This is required by Bioelectronics. An autosome connects one organ to the Brain and its condition shows up in the left female and the right male eye. Both X and Y have 2 psuedo-autosomal regions on their ends !.

OK, let's say we have 24 chromosomes (poor women) and let's say, there are some circuits. How is that with other animals and plants, which do not have 24 chromosomes? They are ****?

Women also have 24 (22AA+1X+1X=24 chromosomes). Animals differ from each other in many other aspects like the number of vertebrae and have no self awareness. They may have Buddha nature. Anyway good topic for future research. Perhaps 24 is the ultimate in evolution.
The point is that the sex chromosomes are not part of the 2 sets (male/female) they are each a pseudoautosomal pair and they determine if you are a woman or a man. If so then the first human is likely to have been a Woman !
