Does someone mind telling me what the luteinizing hormone (LH) does in the human body?

Argh does your posting cease? :? Wrong forum but: LH is involved in the menstrual cycle and causes ovulation when the hormone is high.

Yes we DO post to ask questions. but the fact is that we try to post it to relevant boards... I will move this to General Discussion... please try to post them to the boards they belong to.
Of course you can ask questions we will be happy to answer them.. :)

Leuteninzing hormone leads to ovulation on 14th day [ gnerally , ] of menstrual cycle when the LH levels are high.

:!: :!: :!: Also , induces testosterone secretion and its deficiency leads to defects in pancreas !!!

Also a good hormone to track if try to get pregnant (or not as the case may be).

High LH is indicative of ovulation.

Ask my daughter about it (well perhaps wait a few years until she has learnt to say more than gaga)

In a simple words...LH helps FSH after regenerating gametic cells to mature them...
