Are antipain-HCL and leupeptin toxic to cells?Want to use antipain-HCL and leupeptin in insect cell expression cultures to prevent proteolytic degradation.
Does anyone know if these are toxic to cells ? Thanks
leupeptin is not toxic. I don't think antipain-HCL is toxic either.
See http://www.sciencegateway.org/resources/protease.htm for more information "Take four red capsules, in ten minutes take two more. Help is on the way."
