Effect of BCECF trapped in vesicles

The flourescence of the BCECF trapped inside the vesicles gradually decreased in intensity.
What does this mean?

Do you think perhaps it is being metabolized in some way?

Oh. man. Dont bring these topics up again. :lol: KTKs i mean.
If you didnt see them last time, I was answering her homework questions and some people from her college saw them and started a big arguement about how it wasnt fair that she was getting the answers off here.
I dont think KTK will be back here to see the answer to this topic :oops:
