Evolution of a protein family projectHi! Im looking for someone interested in doing some research in cooperation with my research group on the evolution of a family of phosphohydrolases. Im not that experienced in bioinformatics techniques, but am quite willing to invest a lot of time into learning. Im doing a PhD in biochemistry and need to learn these techniques but its difficult to learn from books. Need someone to help with using the techniques and interpretation of results. If youre interested, please contact me.
evolution of protein familyHi
I am not very fluent with evolution, but I have experience in using various bioinformatics tools and have developed a few (ProPred, MHCBN etc). I am also doing PhD in biotechnology. Please let me know, if I can do something?
