1. yes
2. because monkey does not speak a human language.
The hand of God may well be all around us, but it is not, nor can it be, the task of science to dust for fingerprints.

Bwcause Monkey does not have the right "voice box"
but monkey can speak many sentences with sign language.

Besides your question was not deleted but moved to the general discussion... And some answer was given to you.

hi dude u seem bit intresting guy to me
any how keep up ur intrest in biology in a similar fation it will help u a lot
coming to the point here r ur answers in an scientific manner
"1 . water is a part of blood it is for sure about 70% of our body weight is constituted by water and max of it is present in the blood"
"2 . it was belived that monkeys cant comunicate , but recent observations have shown that they do have a language of them self through which they speek with each other
the sounds which they make seems to be noice for us but for them its a language , they have sentences in there language to say pick it up , give it and many more " i cant understand chinese so i cant say its not a language and thare r no sentences in it :D
the organisms that survive r not the one which r strongest nor the one which r briliant THEY R THE ONE WHICH RESPOND TO CHANGES IN NATURE FIRST
