hi! i got this assignment and wonder if anyone can give me an outline..

explain the use of bacteria and plasmid in studying molecular biology.

bacteria and plasmids are widely used in recombinant technology :roll:

plasmids r ccc(covalently closed circular)dna stucture, so it is used as cloning vector in RDT.they can easily inserted into any foreign dna.

plasmids are used as vectors in recombinant technology.you can get important products such as insulin,antibiotics using them.
