help need for understanding about Agrobacterium tumerfacienDoes anyone know how long it takes Agrobacterium tumefacien or A. rhizogene to multiply
Generation timesYou should check Berges Bacteria "Bible" it has info on just about every genus out there they arent expensive I think about 60$ or so and a good thing to have for a biomajor/student I dont have mine with me right now or I would give you a better answer. I'm guessing that generation times for the genus Agrobacterium are going to be about 12 hours I did a google search and didnt get much. Berges is a good resource though
