actual length and magnificationHi there,
I'm doing aqa b biology at as level. I was just wondering if any one could proivde me with questions any quick reply to this matter would be kindly appreciated
Okay well I would start with:
How many mm to a micron? If you need to know orientation: When you move your slide from right to left which way will the sample move in the objective? What about up and down? I would memerize a table of conversions from microns to about meters. Next always in microns when doing microbiology! ALWAYS!
