What is more healthier? Or is it the same?
What about tomatojuice, pineapple juice etc...?

Orange will make u INstantly fresh, apple will do something more.
EAch fruit will have its specialization ya know.
Eating fruits not corresponding to on going season is not much heathier.
Among fruits of same season, depends upon what do you wanna get from... :?

By the way i like apple from the banned tree of knowledge...that too red ya know. It activates ur systems. :D

I prefer apple juice because it doesn't take a risk to get a very sour taste like orange juice..

apples also have some super active antioxidants called bioflavonoids quercetina. Studies show them to be much more efficient than vitamin C, the candidate from orange juice.

bwahahaha...lucky me, because my favourite is apple juice...but I think it's better when you eat an apple directly with it's skin instead of juicing it...

In general it's better to eat fruit whole rather than in the form of juice..

speaking abt apples, they clean ur teeth(thatz coz of the pectin present) and in orange the fibre content is more. so i guess both have their pros and cons.
can anyone tell me more abt this????
thanx

Well how about orange juice with pulp v. without? Is there a difference? [other than the fact that pulpy tastes better...]
