BACK PAINDo all back pains refer to the spine? How does one differentiate it from the muscular pain?
Backaches may be due to spinal as well as muscular problem. Spinal pains are more common in thoracic and lumbar regions due to physical movement. Muscle pain can be distinguished as it is more on the sides of vertebral column than in the centre. And the muscles of the back get stiffed and when pressed to the point , they pain a lot, as if lactate deposition will pain.
