I looked at your protocol inmy cristal ball, and I saw you making mistae in your dilutions.
Maybe it's wrong (it's a cheap model "made in China") but I had to rely on it considering the whole lot of information that you gave us.... Patrick

well taylors team i struggled myself with this one probably just because the kidney may have been slightly more active than the liver i'm guessing both kidney & liver reactions were alot higher than the heart and muscle as both those organs are more efficient in terms of producing less waste. hope that helps just call zonia30 haha

Made in China?? As a Chinnese, I'd also agree with you Canalon even though I don't know why their quality are so bad... For those kidney thing, I can say that, beside catalase enzyme, there're some substances in the kidney that also can react with H2O2. So, the result is that kidney seems like have more catalase compared with liver.. Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?

i think maybe........ the piece that was cut from the kidney was more active than the piece from the liver, maybe the liver had more blood vessels in that cut off than the kidney ia m on the right lines???? Thanx LT x
I'm not pointing into comparison of their blood vessels...but, as you see that H2O2 is a reactive oxydator that can easily get reducted into O2 and water if it meets ceertain molecules....
I can think that it's related with amine compounds in the kidney. Um, what part of kidney that you use as a H2O2 tester? cortex, medulla or pelvis?? Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?
