i have owned many chameleons and i can garauntee you they have small teeth along their upper and lower jaws. like other lizards. i am unsure as to what they are constructed ou tof, but they surely do have teeth. the bigger sp like oustelets, mellers, parsons and even the bigger panthers or veileds have bigger teeth that can break skin.
Look at the picture of chameleon's skeleton , focus on its mouth. Chameleon do have teeth
A chameleon's teeth are also unique in that they are attached to the jaw bone ridge. Unlike other lizards, chameleons chew their food, often holding it for a moment in their mouth before chewing.
