my tet book mentins old world monkeys and new world monkeys but doesnt go any furthur into what the difference beeen the two are. Do you by any chance know?

Question:
Some humans have opposable big toes whish function like thumbs. This allows them to grasp objects very strongly with their feet. For modern humans though, this trait isnt very useful. What kind of structure are these toes?

I discovered what the term is off of another web site.

The opposable toes would be considered vestigial structures.
