About "antiswitch"Hi everyone ,
I major in biology in NSYSU in TAiwan. My English is not very good, so i couldn't express my meanings very well. I just do my best. Have anyone known "antiswitch"?! How do you think about it ? How to apply ? Thanks ..
Are you talking about protein switches? If so, I think the antiswitch you're referring to might be an "off" switch..

The 'antiswitch' which i talked about is one kind of aptamers. The 'antiswitch' were designed by Ph.D Christina D Smolke and her colleagues. This paper has be published in Nature Biotechnology Vol 23 march 2005. A few days ago , i have studied that, and felt funny. I have got some ideas from it. One of those is that we can maintain a particular expression level by the antiswitchs. But i do not know whether it can realize .
Thanks for your replies.
