This site presents you with excellent three-dimensional rotatable images of carbohydrate metabolism (glycolysis, Krebs cycle…), lipid metabolism, protein metabolism, and chemiosmosis (oxidative phosphorylation). I had some trouble connecting to the 3-D plug-ins.
