Is it possible to determ what you're going to dream about?I'm not talking about lucid dreaming (memorizing your dreams and then realize that it's just a dream).
I want to know if you can determine the "topic" of your dream.
NO NO When you are hungry you are awake and how can you dream. As per my knowledge if you are thinking about a matter max. time then you may dream that...
When I'm preoccupied with something, I find that I dream about it more often. It's not the same as choosing the topic for a dream in advance, but it's the only thing I can think of that suits your question. I can't tell you how many times I've had my mind on a girl, and then woken up in the middle of our date to realize it was all a dream!
Yes, if we are preoccupied or tensed with something, that comes in our dreams. also if we are making a consious effort to do something, it might come in our dreams as well.
But, why do anyone want to pre decide the dreams. afterall they are just DREAMS
I think I dream what I can not have

Yes but really when you dream your still awake because you cant use your mind when it is switched off.
Whenever i dream i can always get straight up as if i was never asleep. What i find anoying to understand is that when you go to bed you dont no when you've gone to sleep because you wake up striaght away. Dont stop til ya get enough.
Hs any one ever had a re-curring dream?

I think dreams do have to do what we try
so hard to supress all day long. I used to dream almost every night when I was a child, that I could fly. It was great! then I was so mad when I woke up and found it was a dream. I heard flying dreams are fairly common. Have you ever dreamed you were falling? that is common too. Has anyone had a double dream? It's scary. In my dream i'm falling and then I suddenly wake up sweating on my bed but then I start falling again. And when I really wake up I pinch myself just to make sure i'm still not dreaming...
