Are there a tool which predicts a 3D model from the.........

Postby bbs_r » Fri Apr 07, 2006 3:07 pm

Are there a tool which predicts a 3D model from the protein sequence?

I mean, I got a protein sequence at the moment. But I don't think there is no crystalography data (i.e. no 3D model of this protein) to look at. I would like to predict one, any tools?

Thank you very much!
