How can there be another way?

conjugation (as you call it 'bacterial sex' ) and transformation may be other ways. But they do not form new alleles immidiately. Mutations are sudden changes. And you can not observe conjugation and transformation in human.

Can you think about another way? I mean lets say in human. If you have any idea about another way we would like to discuss.

Doesn't seem likely to happen but may be that can be a way. But also think that gametes are moved from the body periodically. And which genome of the DNA the viruii infected is also important. There is a chance that the zygote can not carry on dividing after fertilization.

Seems logic enough to me...
