Why are artificial colors and flavours bad for you?And how bad...?
Artificial flavours contain esters.
These esters give flavours e.g.- methyl butyrate gives flavour of pineapple. Some isenses also contain them. Some of these esters r carcinogenic can cause cancer! Hence don't it Pineapple cream biscuits! Understand! Take it with a pintch of salt!
AS BEEN SAID,
carcinogenicity, the most predominant thing... good natural sensitivity can mostly distiguish bet. artificially flavoured [ byartificial and added natural flavours] & naturally flavoured ...so some don't like artif's... but those who can accept the difference as a new flavour can eat it with chaw! ANd artificial flavours try to fool ur body, ur body expects natural thing and feels it is being given that while its not! And our body is not adapted to most of unnatural [ & not 'natural , but artificially created' ] And under the predominant effect many unliked things get into our guts... so... it really takes 'guts' to eat them!!!
