What's wrong with my eyes...I mean the skin around my eyes....... they look blacker than normal... especially at the bottom...
"Aut Ceaser , Aut Nihil." (This is Latin grammar)
"I'll be loquacious allright! I'll loquace like no one ever loquaced before."(This is BAD grammar)
Don't know how it's called in english. The main reasons that can be behind this are: stres, lack of sleep, cronic fatigue etc. Also something similar arises from consuming too much alcohol in some people.
Of course this is only what i think. It would be imposiible even for a real doctor to figure it out on the internet. "As a biologist, I firmly believe that when you're dead, you're dead. Except for what you live behind in history. That's the only afterlife" - J. Craig Venter
In addition,
allergies can do that too. "How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these".
~ George washington Carver
Have you been punched in the eye lately?
Sorry, I couldn't resist. Generally speaking, the more people talk about "being saved," the further away they actually are from true salvation.

You have blood showing under skin of eye, akin to bruising but not trauma induced (unless punched like alex said, haha). Get some sleep
it usually happens when one does not acquire proper 8 hour sleep.
the region around the eye is called the eye contour... atleast I think so... veenaandnivyah
I know it can be more of a problem with some nationalities.
I know an old Italian man who has them really bad. He said the doctor said allergies. Most likely food allergies. My husband gets them sometimes too, and he is latin. Because someday in life you will have been all of these".

It's pretty simple. If you work too hard or sit in front of the television or the computer, your eye is under stress. So you will need to make sure you do not stress your eyes too much. VeenaandNivayh
