How to scan a sequence for TF binding sites?

Is there a free software program that will allow you to enter your sequence of interest and search for a consensus binding sequence that you also specify? I know there are resources on the net but I don't know which one would allow me to enter both the DNA sequence and the transcription factor binding sequence as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much!

i think you can try out with the 'softberry' software package which has a set of biotools in which u can find for urselves.
