Heart beat ~ B.P.

As I was reading my books I found that there is an inverse ratio of Heart beat and Blood pressure.

It is called "Meery's law of Heart."

Can any one explain this and its mechanism .

Not familiar with "Meery" but bp increases as heart rate increases until there is a decrease in stroke volume of the left ventricle. This happens because the heart is beating i.e. contracting so frequently that there is not enough time for the left ventricle to relax or expand enough to take in the amount of blood it normally would. So cardiac output is decreased thus bp is decreased. After this rate is reached, bp continues to drop as heart rate increases.

As you are aware there a many factors affecting blood pressure.

Preload + Contractility = Afterload

Basically...the volume entering the heart in addition to the efficacy of contractions is going to determine your systemic perfusion dynamics.
