asking a question about contamination

hi
i want to ask one thing
i am diong coculture expt in tissue culture lab and not getting result due to contamination
suggest some method to get my results
i did my steriisation thourughly,by autoclaving and wiping with ethanol
but i don't know the exact reason behind my contamination

Beyond practising as good of antiseptic technique as you can and working in a sterile environment, I'm not sure that there's much else you can do. Do you have any idea at all where the contamination could be coming from?
