Hallo!
I am sory I can not fnd the proper literature!Can someone explain me or send a link what is (1-4) glucan,what means exactly these (1-4).It is a component of starch.
Please if U can help me finding good image,help!

I'm not sure about this one but usually those numbers are related to the chemical structure of the compound.
