It bites the victims and sucks their blood?
Hook tightly and will just loose after get full?
If you remove it before it gets full, you will get bleeding because it contains blood anti-coagulant?

Leech (Hirudinae)? 8)

Kill me if I am wrong

See this... Well, it seems that I must think of it all day

Kingdom: Animalia
-- Phylum: Annelida
----- Class: Clitellata
-------- Subclass: Euhirudinea
----------- Ordo: Arhynchobdellidae
-------------- Subordo: Gnathobdellae (bloodsucking)
----------------- Family: Hirudidae (aquatic)
----------------- Family: Haemadipsidae (terrestrial)
-------------- Subordo: Pharyngobdellae (carnivorous)
----------------- Family: Erpobdellidae (fresh-water)
----------- Ordo: Rhynchobdellida
----------------- Family: Glossiphoniidae (fresh-water)
----------------- Family: Piscicolidae (sea-water)

(Lamarck, 1818)

But I have a candidate, which I highlight 8) Is it correct? Hirudo medicinalis? ;) Well, that species is the "celebrity" among its relatives

Is it alive? Is it a substance from an organism?
Is it part of a cell?

A chemical, a mineral, hormone?
"How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these".
