Family Specific Primers

Postby Helics » Sat Feb 13, 2016 12:13 pm

can any body suggest me how to design gene family specific primers ?
Like one gene cluster "ica" have eight different gene as; icaA,icaB,icaC,icaD,icaE,icaF,icaG,icaH

Now, how to design a single primer pair for that "ica"cluster ???

Please response as soon as possible. I'm in trouble. :(
