Why arctic animal's liver has high quantity of vitamin A

Hi

Do somebody know why the liver of animals who live in very cold area has huge amount of Vitamin A ?

Most of them eat a lot of fish. Fish has high levels of vitamin A. This is another reason humans who live in colder climates tend to have deeper pigmented skin and thicker skin. Fish is high in vitamin A, D, and K.
