Cytomembrane system and Chromoplasts?Can anyone help me define what Cytomembrane system and chromoplasts? My instructor seems to like to give words that need to be define that came be found in the book so i just happened to come acrossed this site. Thank You
Chromoplasts are plastids that contains pigments other than chlorophyll, usually yellow or orange carotenoids.

Cytomembrane system? That would basically mean every memrane in the cell. it probably refers to the endomemrane system which consists of the endoplasmic reticulum, the golgi apparatus, lysosoms, secretion vesicles and other transport vesicles
