During the division of plant cell, the cell plate form exactly or approximately at the center of dividing cell. What process position cell plate to the center of the cell.

In the mid-mitosis, all chromosomes' centromere are arranged in a central position by mitotic apparatus, forming a plane. Because the position of the plane more similar to the equator, called equatorial plate. Cell plate is a plant cell division stage, the vesicles from the Golgi together in the equatorial plane of the plate, merged and formed the plate-like structure. The cell plate to extend around the central cell, and gradually formed a new cell wall.

The cell plate, which separates dividing plant cells in the course of mitosis and subsequently serves as a precursor of the cell wall, originates from Golgi vesicles. Such plates contain cell wall substances, possibly carbohydrates and uronides apt for polymerization, which constitute the amorphous matrix of the future cell wall. http://study.com/academy/lesson/cell-pl ... -quiz.html
