An Investigation of ABO Group Antigen Structure question?

Group O red blood cells have been incubated with either UDP-galactose or UDP-N- acetyl galactosamine together with group A, group B or group O serum for six hours at 37oC as follows:

Tube 1
Group O cells
UDP-NacG
O-serum

Tube 2
Group O cells
UDP-Gal
O-serum

Tube 3
Group O cells
UDP-NacG
B-serum

Tube 4
Group O cells
UDP-Gal
B-serum

Tube 5
Group O cells
A-serum

Tube 6
Group O cells
UDP-Gal
A-serum

when you mix a drop of cells from each tube with a drop of group O serum on a microscope slide which tubes will show agglutination and which tubes will not?

This is what i think the answer is
will tube 4 and tube 5 be agglutinated because for tube 4 UDP-Gal adds to group B and for tube 5
UDP-NacG adds to group A the other tube will not be agglutinated.

If this is correct can someone please give the biochemistry behind it and if its not correct can someone guide me to the right direction.

I really do not understand what should it do. Just mixing the the cells with serum won't get you the reaction done. The sugars are added during protein processing inside the cells. So I'd say none.
