Not all...plant cells do not contain centriole... :wink:

Also some animal cells that do not divide don't contain centrioles. We all know the example of our good friend th neuron. Also let's remember Patrick's pets: BACTERIA!

Yup. nucleoid doesn't need centriole.. :mrgreen:
