List of enterohepatically cycled nutrients?

Postby lourat » Sat Nov 09, 2013 6:18 am

Does there exist a comprehensive list of the constituents of bile, their quantities/ratios, and the typical quantity of bile released into the duodenum in a single contraction in a human being?

Here's what I've scraped together so far from reading various articles online. Unfortunately, the question marks are what I most want to know.

Code: Select all
61% Bile salts:

    (29% sodium
    21% chloride
    8% bicarbonate
    1.6% potassium)

12% Fatty acids
9% Cholesterol
7% Proteins

5% OTHER
    ?% copper
    ?% chromium
    ?% iron
    ?% zinc
    ?% manganese
    ?% molybdenum
    ?% lithium
    ?% cobalt
    ?% nickel
    ?% boron
    ?% calcium
    ?% vitamin b12
    ?% folate
    ?% vitamin d
    ?% mercury
    ?% lead
    ?% cadmium

3% Bilirubin
3% Phospholipids
