Why do humans body temperature is 37 °C , but they feel good in 23-24°C ( not 37°C) ?

Most human enzymes have optimal temperatures of 35°C to 40°C... so it's not the answer.

Generated heat needs to be dispersed, which is difficult if the environment is close to core temperature.
