I can tell you from first hand (no pun) experience that masturbation can be addicting. There are both chemical and psychological parameters to the addiction (as with any addiction). So, I would head the advice above. I won't address the "sin" issue since this is not a religious forum. It is important to also note that masturbation, although it can have some health benefits, is not necessary for health. I have heard people try to argue that it is almost mandatory for good health.
Well, it can be discussed whether or not it is a sin but we all have different religions-which is an important factor (and masturbating can't be a sin)-and yes this is not a religion forum.
But I can argue about masturbating is good for health, because it really is. Especially for psychological health. But of course you are absolutely free to make it or not. Nobody forces you. We are just trying to say no need to feel gulty or so on. It matters not how strait the gate
How charged with punishment the scroll I am the Master of my fate I am the Captain of my soul.
Re: Masturbation & HealthOk... so it's good for men, what about for women/girls?
