Federal Funding of Embryonic Stem Cell Research

Hey Everyone.

I need some help...I am just about finished with a policy paper on Embryonic Stem Cell Reseach and why I feel it necessary for the Bush Administration to increase their Federal Funding. Where I am stumped is where to find information on where the current federal funding $$ come from and what would be a feasible way to get add'l monies.
