Favorites AnimalModerator: BioTeam Favorites AnimalHumans are led to believe that some animals are for a lack of a word better than others. I mean teddy bears, puppies, and kittens all have postivve images. As oppose to most bugs. And because of this image more people save puppies and kittens than let's say buffalo's Life is not fair. So what's ur favorite? And how (if u know) did it become?

Spiders. I have lots of them. I saved many spiders from the bottom of my Friends and Family's boots.
I should also say I think they're one of the most 'intelligent' arthropods. Look up stuff on the portia spider, quite a little marvel. I think deer are the dumbest animals. I hate them.
How can you pick just one favorite? I really like great white sharks because they are cool, wombats because they are so cute, gorillas, millipedes, octopus, squid, hydra. I like hydras because our class got to see them eat a 'water flea'. So cool. Horseshoe crabs too. Choosing is impossible!
A lot of people I know think deer are dumb because they walk out in front of their car a lot or run into their car. I know someone who is terrified of sloths.
Man in civilization surveys the creature through the glass of his knowledge and sees thereby a feather magnified and the whole image in distortion. - Henry Benson
my favoriteWell, i can't be real specific, but i love snakes. I think the reason being is that pretty much everyone has a sense of fear of snakes, and i think that fear that inhabits my mind drives me to understand them more, and i have a profound respect and love for all things that slither. I find snakes more interesting than let's say dogs and cats because those seem so ordinary while as snakes have such a ambiguous nature. Whether it be their scaly skin (not slimy), or those glossy almost lifeless eyes, and their undulating movement, snakes win my heart over everytime! what about you inuyasha, what do you think?
