Sun.........Is it true that even when there is cloud, we can get skin cancer?
It depends on the cloud cover. Thick clouds let less pass through, thinner clouds let most pass through. Be careful on cloudy days! It may block some/most of the warmth of the sun (Infrared I think?) but the UV can still reach you!
its not true... its some of the ultraviolet light that comes through the cloud... you may tend to think that the clouds would block ultraviolet light but it only blacks about 80% of it... plus it depepnds on how long your outside
Life is not of comedy but tragedy, life lives and then dies in sorrow
So, the point is, you've to use sunblock cream when you've to deal with a lot of sunlight..use the SPF 15 is better that SPF 30....
Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?
A: They have all the solutions.
Why is 15 better than 30? Isn't the bigger the number the better?
"As a biologist, I firmly believe that when you're dead, you're dead. Except for what you live behind in history. That's the only afterlife" - J. Craig Venter
UV comes inside Earth via radiation, so it does not need any medias and will not affected by clouds or anything else. UV-A is good for life but UV-B and UV-C must not enter Earth, they are very harmful.

It sure is..UV-C is the most harmful one, but don't worry because our ozone layer protects us from it (Now, not guarranted anymore because irronically, we destroy our shelther, ozone)...
@Andrew SPF (sun protecting factor) 15 gives you 15 times longer period under the sun with those who doen't use sunblocks. While SPF 30 doubles the period of SPF 15 but increases the protection level for only 3% better than SPF 15 with a much more expensive in price. So, I suggest to use SPF 15.. Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?
A: They have all the solutions.
Plus if you look at the components of the sunblock, they have the same ingredients, only one chemical compound amount is different, i forget what it is, but SPF 30 has a higher concentration of an ingredient common in multivitamins, i forget what it is though, and it isn't an actual vitamin, so I don't know the reasoning behind having it in multivitamins, or sunblock for that matter.
Saying that any two humans are exactly alike is like saying republicans have morals
