p53 question

PHF20 is a transcription factor that seems to be unique to the production of p53.

The wrap53 gene is produces mRNA that is antisense to p53 mRNA(see http://

How could each of these two proteins could regulate cellular levels of p53?

How could a mutation in both wrap 53 and PHF20 lead to cancer in a cell?
