Lac operon, e.coli expression vectors and biotechnology uses

Postby luna2000 » Fri Jan 18, 2013 10:51 pm

How can gene regulation and expression be manipulated for designing expression vectors? And as a result, what are their potential biotechnological applications?

you can have expression in bacteria, yeast, plants, animal cells. It can be inducible or not, in different parts of body or at different age etc.
