Ability to change the human body with the mind

Hi I read a story that one of my friend posted, and was wondering if what he was writing about is possible and if so how can it be achieved.

The story is about this 18 year old that some how get the ability to change the human body, my friend called it the gift. What he does with this gift is that he make is skin if i remember properly, 1000% denser than normal, increase his muscle size from being just sick and bone to looking ripped, as well as increasing strength with out making his muscles bigger so hes stronger then superman, he also increase his 5 senses to much and sometime be better then the 5 best animals with them, he also later on can give humans the ability to use more than just 10% of their brain power as well as growing different parts from other animals, like tentacles, wing, he even at one part make the human body invisible. One other part he if I remember he can even speak to human using his mind and make a mental bridge between two - an infinite number of people.

Another thing is that he can change the human body some much that he can make a man become a female, as well as heal the human body, and that's another thing he did to his body, he increased his healing rate to be fast than wolverine, as well as gave him self infinite energy so that he does not need to eat.

If you know if any of this is possible please tell me I really want to know and if not I dont mind, at least I dont have some crazy fantasy.

I get what you mean but he just woke up one day when to the mirror and imaged his eye being brighter and bold, of course he freaked out and when to college but after that he goes back home and looks at his eyes and their still the same so he start to experiment

...or maybe ur friend had 2much of fictitious movies, hahaha or his home had meteor shower as clerk kent.
