Hi..I jus started wrk in a cancer bio lab wer i amsupposed to do anxtt preassay optimisation with diff cell num 4 thp1 cellline..numbers from 10*10^4..8*10^4....6*10^4...4*10^4....and 2*10^4..how to do do it say aftwer trypan blue hemocytometer count i get 42*10^4 cells/ml..plz help
