Cell division research question

I am doing a research project for in order to obtain my phd. I want to research the effects of cell division under the conditions present in amniotic fluid. However I can not for the life of me find any specific information on the chemical make-up of amniotic fluid. I also can't find any specifics on how to make a general solution that promotes cell division. Can you help me figure out what chemicals I would need to make these solutions and point me to a place that may sell some of these solutions/ chemicals? thank you for your time.
