Microbiology HELP QUICK!

HI guys, could someone help me identify my bacteria here please:
Catalase test postive
coagulase test negative
msa agar changed to yellow
Purple cocci clusters
Blood agar with neomycin in in and i observed nothing on this i wasnt sure what this meant?
