problem with migration assay!?!?!

Hello everyone

I'm doing migration assay lately, or some call it wound assay for HCT116 cells
anyhow, everything is going well with the scraching and so...
but when I see the cells under the microscope I usually find lots and lots of floating cells !!! its been annoying and it might affect my results somehow
hinse: I wash with PBS 2 times.
did anyone had this before?
I wish i can show u guys some picts i have but I don't know how to apload one here?
