Methods of mass production. Batch , fed batch and continuous

Hi guys,

Trying to figure out which of the following methods is best for the mass production of constitutive recombinant protein and inducible recombinant protein.

I can choose from Batch, fed batch and continuous cultures.

I'm sure for the production of ethanol (using yeast) the best option is fed batch as the substrates can't inhibit production but for these two I'm not sure.
